What nervur.com keeps about a visitor.
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads no external fonts or scripts.
The only thing kept in your browser is your choice of day or night. It never leaves your browser.
The site is served by Cloudflare. As the host, Cloudflare sees technical request data, such as your IP address and the time of the request, under its own policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
03Services for the owner
Services com runs for the company’s owner alone.
com runs a few services for the company’s owner alone. They serve no account of nervur.ai and no visitor.
- A Gmail service, for the owner’s own address. It reads, searches, drafts, labels, archives and trashes that mailbox through the Gmail API, with the owner’s consent (OAuth). It sends mail only when the owner switches sending on, and never deletes mail permanently. Its Google credentials are kept on com and are never shown. The mail is read to keep the owner’s own mailbox in order. It is shown only to the owner and to tools the owner uses on their own behalf. It is not shared with anyone else, not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train any model. The owner can revoke the consent at any time in their Google account.
- Google API data. com’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
- A WhatsApp Business service, for the Nervur number. It receives the messages that people send to that number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, and keeps each message (sender, time, text) for a span its owner sets. It replies only inside the 24 hours window after a person wrote, and does not sell or share the messages. If you wrote to that number, you may ask at privacy@nervur.com for your messages to be erased.
- A Namecheap service, that only reads the owner’s own domain account.

What an account keeps on com.
What an account stores in its registry or its repos is the account’s. com holds it as nervur.ai’s subscription asks, and keeps nothing of an account’s once a subscription ends.
Visitors of nervur.com are not accounts.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Ask at privacy@nervur.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP.
This site and these services are not directed at children under 16.
