This notice explains what nervur can and cannot see, what we process to run the service, where your data lives, and the rights you hold over it. nervur is operated by Parma Digital SRL, registered in Romania.
A working document — the binding version is the one you accept at sign-up.
1. Controller and contact
Parma Digital SRL, registered in Romania, is the controller for the platform data described here. One data-processing agreement, with Parma Digital SRL, covers your use across every hub.
For any privacy question, contact office@nervur.com.
2. What we can and cannot see
This is the core of nervur, so we state it first. Encrypted workspaces are end-to-end encrypted — not even nervur can read the content.
Who participates and workspace names stay visible for operations; the content does not. Workspaces with public-source data are processed on nervur's EU servers.
3. What we process
Account data — your email and display name — to give you an identity across hubs.
Structural metadata — workspace membership, workspace names, roles, and timestamps — the visible structure the platform runs on, never the sealed content inside.
Billing data — processed by our payment provider to run paid plans.
Support and contact messages — what you send us when you get in touch.
4. Where your data lives
Data lives in the European Union. Our servers and primary infrastructure are located in the EU.
Exporting your data is free, any time. There is no lock-in.
5. Cookies and tracking
nervur websites use no cookies and do not track you. No analytics, no advertising trackers.
The application uses only the cookies it needs to work — a preferences cookie for your theme and language, and a session cookie to keep you signed in.
6. Sub-processors
We use a small set of EU-first providers to run the service. Each processes only what its role requires:
Hosting — Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU): servers and storage.
Edge and DNS — Cloudflare, Inc.: the network edge in front of nervur.
Payments — Revolut: processing for paid plans.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Exporting your data is free, any time.
You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP. To exercise any right, contact office@nervur.com.
8. Retention
We keep your account and structural data while your account is active. After you close it, we delete or anonymize what we hold, except where law requires us to keep specific records.
Sealed content is governed by the workspaces you control; when you leave or delete a workspace, your access to it ends.
9. Changes
When this notice changes, we post the new version here with a new date.
